Group journeys are unique inner journeys where we co-create safe and open spaces for our authentic expression. It is an orchestra made up of all the different sounds emanated from the diverse energies and backgrounds that each individual brings. In this space you have the opportunity to venture into an inner journey and share it with other people, creating a very special connection. Here you can be inspired by the shares of others and inspire others with your own experiences.

You can benefit from transformative breathwork journeys, new skills and knowledge and spaces for free and creative expression, based on the principles of respectful and non-violent communication in a group setting. These are magical events not to be missed!

BREATHWORK Evenings

These sessions aim to create a conscious community where we breathe together every Saturday from 9:30-10:30am.

  • Breathing with a very powerful technique that allows us to easily reach the subconscious and altered states of consciousness

  • Reconnect with the body, sensations and emotions

    Although this workshop does not have any type of disrecommendation, it does not replace medical and specialized support in the area of mental health, especially in cases of deep depression and other psychiatric conditions. If you have any specific condition or indication for rest, I recommend that you discuss the issue with your doctor.
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on the website or in the Wix mobile app.
  • I'm just a few days away from giving birth, will I still have time?
    Yes you will, the ideal is to start as early as possible to practice the techniques, however the masterclass will already be intensive and give you a very useful basis for childbirth.
  • Is this masterclass useful postpartum?
    The information provided also has a useful role in the postpartum period, using breathing and somatic techniques for emotional regulation and relaxation. However, the biggest focus is on pregnancy and childbirth.
  • Will the masterclass be recorded?
    Yes, you will have access to the recording of the masterclass to review for 15 days. The breathwork at the end will not be recorded because it requires a facilitator to supervise the participants, so I recommend that you do the workshop live.
